You get a totally original sound of detuned, grungy, djenty, doomy, nu-metally prog with harmonized R&B vocals. Most original rock album I've heard this year. Highly recommended. Favorite track: Hats the Mandrill.

Omega Walrus Heavy, whimsical, soulful; this covers a lot of ground. Boss Keloid have developed a style of sludgy-prog metal that is innovative, uniquely theirs, and yet it feels like it has always existed. Love it. Metal to make you happy. Favorite track: Gentle Clovis.

I heard Sun Crow on Dean Rispler’s Records Of Ruin on Gimmie Radio. I’m a fan of Doom Metals like Crowbar, Electric Wizard, Windhand and Witchfinder General and I liked the song Collapse. The album has a really cool sound and eventhough this is their first album, it sounds like they’ve been playing for years. I love the tracks Collapse, Fell Across The Sky and Nothing Behind.
